Recapped PBIS – reinforcing positive behavior here at Willow
Mini Relay for life – Friday May 6th 5:30 – 8:00 pm family fun activities rotating thru stations
This is the night before Mrs. Cameron’s Fun Run Saturday May 7th
o Treasurer Report Anne Kalsow
Anne went over deposits and payments made
Anne proposed budget for next school year 2011-2012 Penny made a motion to accept budget Stephanie second – all in favor – Passed budget for next year
*Amend budget: If Parent Group gets reimbursed missing money or if the Fall Fundraiser goes well $750-$1000 will be ear marked for purchasing art from the art show in spring to display in the school.
Parent group will pay for 5th grade pizza party for safety patrol
$50 to Wendi Draper for Bear books for Young Author’s Day
Pump it up Fundraiser earned $145.00

Art show recap Genie said everything went smoothly and well attended – all agreed it was great! Food ran out fast but Julie Stow and Sue Kazak have a plan for next year already.
Fifth Grade Farewell Still looking for a parent volunteer for this – Anne is going to ask 5th grade teachers to put a request in their peek of the week
All-school picnic is Tuesday June 7th Kristen is going to arrange for sno-cone and cotton candy machine and coordinate volunteers Regan Dewey is going to organize games
There will be corn dogs and hamburgers for lunch

Missing funds recap
Pam is our “victim’s counselor- she will let us know whenever the DA contacts Nichole
Kristen was clear that we want out money back
Within the next month Nichole will be charged
We chatted about media blitz that may spark once the files have been charged

Kelly and Margaret are doing a great job with this – drop offs can be made as early as 6 AM.
